Scope of this policy

Rules apply to products marketed directly by Purifythbio. Marketplace or university partners issuing their own receipts follow partner policies for financial restitution even when we supplied know-how.

Downloadable manuals and templates

You may withdraw within fourteen days under distance selling law unless you explicitly waived withdrawal at checkout or consumed more than twenty percent of the materials, at which point EU digital content exemptions may apply. We refund via original tender within ten banking days once eligibility is verified.

Ticketed streaming intensives

Full credit is issued if technical failure on our side prevents access for more than thirty minutes. Partial credits may apply if only minor segments drop, judged case by case.

One-to-one guidance blocks

• Cancellations 48+ hours ahead: full refund minus payment fees.
• Within 48 hours: 50% fee acknowledges reserved strategist time.
• No-shows without notice forfeit the session unless an emergency is documented.

Structured cohort programmes

If you withdraw before module distribution, we refund prepaid tuition except non-refundable licensing deposits disclosed during checkout. After cohort launch, unused modules may convert to credit vouchers expiring in six months.

Corporate purchase orders

Net-thirty contracts carry bespoke cancellation clauses in PDF schedules. Where silent, this consumer-facing policy supplies default guidance interpreted in favour of the enterprise buyer only when mandatory law requires.

Hardware resale bundles

Whenever we resell ergonomic accessories, return windows follow manufacturer seals. Opened wearable sensors may be non-returnable per hygiene rules communicated pre-purchase.

Extended outages

If hosting downtime exceeds twelve cumulative hours in a billing month for subscription experiments, subscribers may seek pro-rated credits without terminating goodwill.

Chargebacks and friendly fraud monitoring

Issuing banks receive dispute packets summarising delivery logs. Malicious reversals may lead to account suspension for future purchases.

Non-waiver of mandatory rights

Residents in the European Union retain legal remedies that cannot be contracted away. Local translation duties fall to member state enforcement bodies.

Email service@purifythbio.world with invoice PDF, payment method last four digits, and preferred remedy (refund, credit, or reschedule). We acknowledge within forty-eight hours.
