Contracting parties

The operator of Purifythbio provides website infrastructure and associated guidance products. You are the natural or legal person consuming the interface. Consumer protections under the German Civil Code apply when you qualify as a consumer.

Capacity and age screening

Tools assume readers are at least sixteen years old or supervised by guardians. Business purchases require signatories with power of representation.

Future authenticated portals will require password hygiene and immediate notification of suspected compromise. Until launched, identification occurs through verified email threads.

Pricing, taxes, and performance

Fees appear in euros unless stated otherwise. VAT follows §19 or standard German rules per invoice footnotes. Delivery of digital goods occurs once payment clearing completes.

Acceptable use policy

• No automated scraping beyond public search engine norms without written approval.
• No interference with TLS certificates, rate limits, or staff mailboxes.
• No impersonation of clinicians, regulators, or our brand.
• No upload of malware through any future file intake channel.

User-generated submissions

By emailing us you grant a limited licence to quote anonymised context internally. You affirm you have rights to any attachments shared. We may decline to host unlawful material.

Copyright and trademarks

Layouts, text, and bespoke illustrations belong to the publisher unless attributed. Trademark misuse violates competition law and may trigger injunctive relief.

Confidentiality of beta programmes

Pre-release programmes may ship under separate NDAs. If no NDA exists, participants still must refrain from leaking proprietary pacing spreadsheets.

Limitation of liability

Unlimited liability applies for intent and gross negligence. For ordinary negligence we are answerable only for breaches of cardinal duties, capped at foreseeable damages typical for this contract type. Statutory product liability remains unaffected.

Indemnity for misuse

You indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your violation of acceptable use rules, except where we caused the violation through wilful misconduct.

Changes and notice

We post revisions with updated effective dates. Continued use constitutes acceptance for non-material tweaks. Material detriment to consumers triggers re-consent where mandatory.

Governing law and venue

These terms follow the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany excluding conflict-of-law norms. Berlin is the jurisdiction for merchants or when no consumer jurisdiction exists domestically.
